Power of womanhood

Oh dear just as a lit candle confuses a fly

So am I

I implore don’t open the window and blow off the candle

Hold the candle open the door and lead me to the garden of brightness.

Oh dear just as a baby giraffe does not realize its determination to stand

So am I

I implore don’t let me to be preyed upon

Kick me, show me my determination to stand.

Oh dear just as a child hesitates to study

So am I

I implore don’t leave me uneducated

Punish me, show me that even I can learn.

Oh dear just as a mountaineer does not see the summit in a storm

So am I

I implore don’t leave me directionless

Throw me the rope, show me that I can climb even in a storm.

Oh dear just as a calf does not realize fear

So am I

I implore don’t let me to die

Frighten me, show me that even I can tremble.
